This software program and are copyrighted and are proprietary products of Email Stacker. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Software.
This contract allow you a licencse for using Email Stacker software on the computer where the software has been loaded.
This licence incudes free update of Email Stacker.
(i) Use the software on the computer where you load the software. The software is "in use" on a computer when it is loaded into the temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into the permanent memory (i.e. hard disk) of that computer.
(ii) Make one single copy of the software for personal saving purpose.
(i) make, or have made, any form of copy, whether digital, printed, photographic or otherwise, of the Software (except 2.1) without our express autorisation.
(ii) Give the software online
(iii) Sell, rent, give, resell or distribute Email Stacker to anyone.
(iv) Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.
(v) Modify, adapt, translate, rent, lease, loan or create derivative works from the Software.
This licence shall continue for as long as the period you rent the software, except that it will terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement.
Email Stacker and its suppliers do not and cannot warrant the performance or results you may obtain by using the software or the accompanying items.
In no event will Email Stacker be liable for any damages, including any loss of profits, or other incidental or consequential damages, arising out of your use or inability to use the software, even if Email Stacker has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The user is the sole responsible for the consequences of all actions performed with the software.
As the developers of email marketing tools, we are not liable for any damages or violations that might occur as a result of your actions. You are solely responsible for the messages you send. The software programs and resources available on this web site promote the use of responsible email marketing. We encourage you to use these tools to conduct an email marketing campaign that complies with the laws that apply to you. We reserve the right to withhold services and/or technical support if we receive complaints that your use of our tool or of its results does not comply with current legislation.
